About Me

As an Idaho Native I have traveled many parts of the world still believe Idaho is the best place to call home. Life is Pleasant here and the many recreational opportunities have formed the make up of who we are and who I am today. From rafting the formidable whitewater canyon stretch of the South Fork, to fishing a peacefull riverbank, to hiking into the rugged Sawtooth range, or Mountain Biking to one of many community events, I have gained a great deal of insight, peacefullness and respect for this great country. When it comes to the day to day activity of our bustling Northwestern economy I have a practical understanding of its requirements. Being a college grad from Boise State University 's Business school and having a long family background in Real Estate and agriculture I have a strong understanding of what people need and want in developement, 1031's, Short Sales and smart negotiations. My committement to this community is pronounced by being active in such non profit collaboratives as Supportive Housing and Innovative Partnerships which is primarily involved in helping the disabled obtain housing and the Second Chance Re-Use Building Center which is a means to this end and a way of reusing building materials and creating jobs. I believe in the free enterprise and the American dream. I am fullfilling The Dream through a successfull real estate career since 99'. Your success and happiness is my pursuit.
